The EFF has just won a federal decision that requires the government to obtain a warrant not just to track your cell phone location in real time, but also for accessing records of your movement. Yay!

That's right…another bathroom cell phone. This time I walked in and the person was already in one of the stalls. He spoke for a couple moments after I came in, then hung up.

 I can sort of understand doing this in the privacy of your own home…sort of. But in a public restroom? Nah.

Today I heard a man talking on a cell phone while using the bathroom at school.

 He did not flush the urinal or wash his hands, perhaps as a consequence of talking on the phone at the same time.
